WW is one that I have heard many good things about, but haven't actually played yet.

I've probably played through Wind Waker about 10 times. Overdoing it? Yes. But it just kept drawing me back from some reason. It's got a lot of sentimental value.

I haven't played Wind Waker in an excruciatingly long time. Lost my game years ago...

I've been replaying Oracle of Seasons recently. It's very fun, and the bosses are very challenging. It certainly doesn't have a "disturbing lack of difficulty." As far as Zelda games go, it's pretty standard. Definitely harder than Minish Cap.

I'm going to replay Ages next. The general consensus seems to be that Seasons had more difficult combat, and Ages had more difficult puzzles.

I found seasons to be a much easier game. The fighting might be harder, but the dungeons were easy. The bosses in Ages also required more strategy... and I love the puzzles.

Personally, I had a tougher time with Seasons. When I was little and got both games, I also had a dual strategy guide; puzzles crumbled before me, but no amount of hints will make you magically better at fighting things. I remember Digdogger being an incredibly brutal boss.

Maybe I just find it really easy after playing through it several times. Can't say I really remember how I felt about it the first time I played it.

Speaking of WW. I just beat it for the xth time the other day, and bodaciously as soon as that file ended I started up another one. Granted that is mainly because I want to complete the Nintendo Gallery and you have to play through twice to get it all.

Love this game.

I take it back. Seasons continues to be a little difficult for me at the end. The final boss has always given me some trouble.

Having 100% completed Spirit Tracks, having only to look up 4 bunny locations to do it, I started replaying Phantom Hourglass.
At the point where you meet Linebeck, and where you can repeatedly refuse to help him to have him bribe you with treasure, I couldn't keep saying no. He's just too... too... Linebecky.

Oh it's just the Final Boss of Mega Man X. It's not THAT bad.

I had the red ring whoops

I'm sure it isn't as bad as I make it out to be, but I somehow manage to walk into every single stinking fireball he throws at me.

Onox was a pretty tough final boss. It was hard to jump on his hands without also damaging yourself.
