That's what made me buy it. It's a pretty fun game.

I really liked WW. It had a good story, music, and gameplay. And I loved the style. Fuck haters. (no offense if someone here doesn't like it :/)

Re: The Legend of Zelda
I don't think I could do this... not because of difficulty, but because I can't not collect everything... especially in a Zelda game...Chekt wrote:I want to play through a Zelda game without getting any Pieces of Hearts or Heart Containers.
And I think the only game I'd be confident in enough to try this is ALttP... and god I would hate it...
I do want to see someone do a 3 heart run on OoT 3D Master Quest...
EDIT: If you hate WW and you've never even played it, your opinion is invalid. Seriously, I'm getting tired of the TP lovers bitching about WW and SS and mentioning that "WW sucked so bad that I didn't even play it".
Though, then again, TP lovers suffer from the "if you like this, you're a upstanding member of society" argument...

I know I always made link stand in some nice looking place while I just kicked back.
It's such a peacefulish worldish.

I don't understand why some people hate some Zelda Games. Wind Waker and Twilight Princess are the two I always hear people bitching about. They are all really good games, shut up people.

TP was a very vanilla game IMO.

Re: The Legend of Zelda
Isn't that what people wanted?
I mean they complained, in America, about the style and the gameplay of of WW. So Nintendo gave them an older style game with more realistic look to it.

I thought it was fun.
I felt good about myself when I beat Ganon with all 20 hearts. The only thing I never did was getting all the poe souls. lolno

Re: The Legend of Zelda
There's alot more to do in WW. The world feels so big and it's awesome when you find something you haven't discovered before.
But sometimes the traveling is tedious. Changing the wind can get sooo boring once you do it the millionth billionth time.

TP had a lot going for it though. Interesting creature designs, some of the best Temples IMO, fun bosses, great atmosphere, good music, fun combat, and interesting items (the skateboard thing sucked though). And it was a huge fucking place, so there was a lot to explore.
I had a lot of fun playing it.

I didn't mind the travel. The manual wind changing though.....
The gear had its uses...a boss, heart piece, and getting to the final boss.

Re: The Legend of Zelda
Here was one of the BIGGEST problems in TP. The items.
Oh sure the spinner was pretty boss, and the ball and chain were kick booty.
But they had very specific uses. The spinner wasn't great for combat, it was something but barely more than nothing. Hey that was almost english!
Anyways.
The Ball&Chain was very un weildly. It left you way too open when against enemies as well.
Everything else was just kinda...recycled. None the less they were fun. I wish you could've gotten the freaking light arrows though.
Greedy Zelda and her greedy whoreness.
