I don't see a problem of say me putting it on mediafire and linking it in here, since it was limited only to people who bought OoT3D there is no profit being taken away from "pirating" the disk.

Haha no, his post made it clear that the files exist in multiple formats and he even said where it could be found.
A simple google search also comes up with a good DL link on the first page.

Also I'm sure I'm not alone when I say this but.
I always though Link was Zelda.

When I played my first Zelda game, I thought the player character was called Zelda too. My brother also told me that if you named your character Zelda you could get extra stuff and that was a complete lie.

My first Zelda was OoT and it tells you in the manual that he's called Link.
