I keep alternating between full and none with the 3d, depending on how well I'm holding the ds.
And that freaking fishing minigame. You get ONE chance to catch the lunker before it goes to the bottom of the pool, uncatchable until you re enter.
And Master Quest killed me in the great deku tree. Yeah. I've played zelda for who knows how long and I died in the first dungeon.

They sure don't skimp on the details in Jabu-Jabu's Belly.
So much fluid and so many veins...

Not really surprising. I've been having a hell of a time trying to get a no-death game on Link's Awakening... the first dungeon kills me because I always seem to get hit by something which knocks me into a hole... (plus, circle pad makes getting around holes a bit of a pain in that dungeon). With Master quest, you're taking 2x damage AND you have only 3 hearts... So I can see why people would die early on... Just wait for the Dark Link battle (I heard they fixed the "Hammer glitch" in his battle, can anyone confirm that?).

Oh great... more reason to hate that dungeon...
BTW, I saw a pic of the new Wallmasters...
pure Nightmare Fuel.

I'm not gonna lie when i say Dark Link was the easiest sub boss. Even using just my sword, I take no damage and kill him easily. The trick? Don't L-target. If you thrust he jumps on your sword, but if you're not L-targeting you can't thrust. From there it's just sword clashing until you get a hit.
Now all those Stalfos on the other hand, I have used multiple fairies on. Jesus Christ so many in such small areas and so much damage aaaaaaahhhhh.
Also I can't seem to the find the second small key in the bottom of the well in master quest, so, you know, if you know where it is...

Man, I wish I knew where on the family tree Hero of Light/Twilight and the Hero's Shade is according to each other.
I also want to know which Hero's shade it is. Probably Hero of Time but.

I don't think he's a past Link at all.
Maybe he's that one guard who dies in Castle Town before you go to the Temple of Time...

Well, he says that they share bloodlines, so I am sticking to my theory.
Also, most melodies used to call him are from essential songs from OoT and MM.

He has the Gilded Sword and the Majora's Mask Mirror Sheild.

I guess it's entirely possible that the screaming face got replaced and all of the gold diamonds atomically decomposed.
And Link shares his bloodline with the Hyrule Royal Knights, I don't think it was saying he was the Hero of Time's grandson or anything (but what do I know?)

This is why Link only drinks milk and potions (and poes).
And it's done. I've beaten Master Quest. Not 100% complete, but 70 something skultulas obtained and 3 heart pieces remaining isn't bad. And I won't be getting it all until later since now my brother is playing it.
