I'm really bad at watching video LPs or walkthroughs, I've noticed.

I'm really itching to play MM but too lazy to hook up the n64, so I started watching a walkthrough of it.

Every time the guy makes a mistake, I'm like "NO, YOU FOOL! >:U"

So it's probably a good thing this is picture LP.

I just bought MM for the virtual console, and I might use a guy lp's as a go to.

And picture lp's are awesome.

I always found the game very straight forward but if you're stuck somewhere, you can always ask me.

I have most of the game memorized, and the parts I don't, I can now look up in the official nintendo guide because Tuxedo Mask is weird and buys them whenever they're available. (Collective's value, he says. Pfft.)

IT'S SO MUCH EASIER HUNTING DOWN ALL THE HEART PIECES WHEN YOU CAN ACTUALLY KEEP TRACK OF WHAT ONES YOU ALREADY HAVE.

Time to head out and use my fancy new bracelet to bomb some Dodongos.

Image

But first there is a rock I need to explode.

Image

BOOM

FIRST TRY

Image

Jesus the soundtrack for this place is creepy.

It could use some percussion...

Image

1812 OVERTURE STYLE!

Image

Kaboom! Nothing that can't be solved with explosives.

Image

Christ that is even more terrifying.

Image

LAVA=HOT

THANKS

Image

WHAT WHY IS IT SHOOTING A LASER AT ME

Image

THIS IS A FEUDAL SETTING THERE ARE NO LASERS

Image

I run away and chuck some problem-solving around.

Image

For the record, there are exploding worms in this cavern. I avoid them.

Image

A little while later I encounter some lizardthings.

They are mean lizardthings.

Image

They are also Agile lizardthings.

Come back here and die, would you?

Image

Dodongo's?

You know, the chief did mention a problem with Dodongo's...

Image

PROBLEM SOLVED

Image

Is there any problem in this world that can't be solved with Explosions or Fire?

Image

I kill a golden Skulltula.

But the medal is JUST. OUT. OF. REACH.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Image

Hmm.

These suspiciously aligned Bomb Flowers give me an idea.

Image

ONE BOMB LATER

Image

I find another Skulltula. I fare far better on this encounter.

Image

Oh dear. That never bodes well.

Image

FIRE KEESE

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Image

Let us leave that room and never ever ever return because Fire Keese suck tremendous balls.

They ruined my Deku Shield.

Image

Oh. That looks hazardous.

You can't even see the spinning death blades.

Image

CAN'T SEE THROUGH WALLS

GOT IT

Image

Anyway, there's a wall over there that I need to bomb. It takes several tries.

Image

I succeed in the end, of course.

Image

Gee, I wonder if the Eye over there has anything to do with the puzzle.

Image

Who would have guessed?

Image

OH DEAR EXPLOSION WORMS

FLEEING

Image

Well this room looks peaceFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUU

Stupid Lizardthings!

Image

A thousand times DIE!

Image

The Eye puzzle gets used again.

I feel my use of the slingshot means I will be getting a new tool soon.

Image

I am too good at this prediction thing.

Image

ITEM GET: PROBLEM SOLVING BAG

...

Dodongo stomach?

Image

Hey, I'm back here. Except up more.

Giant Dodongo skull looks just as creepy from above.

Image

I shall let no Dodongo go unbombed!

EVEN THE DEAD ONES

Image

oh god what did I do I think I made it angry

Image

Oh wait

There is a door in it's mouth.

Image

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Image

I do a lot of things

Image

Most of them involve block-pushing.

Image

This room seems suspicious.

Image

SUSPICION CONFIRMED

AAAAAAAA

Image

Well there may be a little lava but I guess this room is-

Image

OH GOD WHAT

Image

You are horribly slow.

It's almost not scary.

Image

Eat problem-solving, Dodongo!

Image

I hit it with my sword a few times.

Image

There's a little more bomb-throwing and sword-hitting.

It's hard to take screenshots of the bombs due to my button layout.

Image

I seem to have solved this problem.

Image

Okay that's kind of creepy.

Image

Now that's just sad.

I feel kind of sorry for it, almost.

Image

...And then I rip it's heart out.

I am the best hero ever.

Image

Yeah, that's really depressing.

Image

I leave the cave and am immediately dive-bombed by the Dancing Goron.

Image

Long story short, the day is saved, me and Darunia are now Bros4Life.

I'll make sure to stop by and drop some beats from time to time.

Image

Is he trying to help me or doing a Spirit Bomb?

Image

ITEM GET

Spiritual Stone of Fire!

Image

I am immediately set off on another quest.

It never ends, does it?

Image

But before that Darunia sicks his rape-gorons on me.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Did you try targetting the skulltula token and getting it with your jump attack?

It doesn't look too high up to get it that way but I'm not sure.

Now you know!
"and knowing is half the battle!"
It's like they're waving a giant dick in front of you and they're saying, "Go ahead and play with this dick, it's all ready to go,"
but then you reach out to grab it and it's just a hologram of a dick. -Exeres

Hey, thanks. I'll be sure to ask you when I'm stuck. I could better at MM if there was no daisies time limit. FFFF

Well, at least you can save your rupees and effectively collapse their market with inflation and forgery. What do you care? You're the hero.

The first time my brother played he actually didn't know about slowing down time.

I could only go "what".

I knew that you could the first time I played it. Then again, I have the N64 version with has another file on it. It was a used copy my step uncle bought.

Star already mentioned this but I usually black flip rather than do a jump attack.

You get this cool still shot of Link doing the matrix in the air!

Dude, think that's creepy? Have you visited the cemetery yet?

DO IT!

Don't forget to get the Sun's Song there. Instant manipulation of day/night!
