Is it normal to die on THE FIRST BATTLE OF THE GAME or am i just really bad? I've played other Phantasy Star Online games, and this is just ridiculous.

HAY GUYS DOES MY CHARACTER LOOK RETARDED OR WHAT
so I got the game running after a while (took me like 45 minutes to realize I had to register on the website before I could play it god I felt stupid) and i'll probably start actually playing as soon as I can.

Its a hell of alot better than most of the FOmars Ive seen. Kinda wish people would pick some different hair though. I mean i know the rest of them suck but im sick of seeing spiky-headband-man.

Man, y'know what kicks booty? Well, y'know the first one-player sidequest, where you get paired with a level 35 AI and have to go through Forest 1, as a tutorial?
Yeah, well on Hard, he levels up! So now you have a Level 61 ally! Who never picks up items!
Also, I got a Booma's Right Arm! Woop! I should get around to converting it to a weapon.

I kinda thought they all sucked and that one just sucked least. :/ well, I guess that one with the glasses was okay, but comparing it to the others that's not saying much.

Youre all so enthralled by Hard. I cant wait till you hit Ultimate.
New enemies. Different dungeon layouts. Lillies now shoot instant death instead of poison. Gooooooooood tiiiiimmmmmeeesss.
