Well, the knights of order are all dead. Huzzuh, woohoo, and all that crap. I'd better head back to New Sheoth.

However, before I head into Sheogorath's palace and get my next quest, there is something I want to do...

For as long in anyone can remember, it has worked like this: the Duke of Mania ruled Mania, and the Duke of Dementia ruled Dementia, and neither ruled the other land.
However, THAT ALL CHANGES TODAY!
Today, I, Charlie Manhuge, Duke of Mania, will singlehandedly storm crucible and slaughter all in my path, thus, for the first time in history, bringing Crucible under the control of the Manic!

I nimbly leap from rooftop to rooftop, searching for my first victim.

Aha! Right there, walking just above my crosshair! It's that dog-lover guy who made me kill that Khajit that also loved dogs!
Unfortunately, being a citizen of Crucible, he is an enemy of Mania, and thus, MUST BE DESTROYED

I leap down from the building and kill the orc easily.
AND THUS, THE WAR BEGINS

Obviously, a nearby Dark Seducer guard takes issue with my "murder".

DIE, DEMENTIA SCUM!

I manage to disarm the guard, and she sucks at unarmed combat.

The battle is easy from there.

What's this? A beggar?

Not even the poor shall be spared in this grand conquering of Crucible!

I find lady who is clearly a skooma addict. I obviously attempt to kill her, but she runs into the chapel. I chase after her.

I find her sitting on one of the benches and kill her with a single strike.

The priest of Dementia has a problem with this, though, so he summons a Dark Seducer and attacks.

I beat him unconscious, however, and the Dark Seducer disappears.

As I head back outside, I encounter another Dark Seducer guard.

However, I spot a beggar, who immediately turns and runs away.
I decide to chase down and kill the beggar before I handle any guards.

YOU WILL NOT ESCAPE!

I finally manage to chase the beggar down and end his pitiful life.

However, I still have those guards to deal with.
This should be fun.

Somehow, despite not actually being all that stron, they are able to send me flying with their maces a few times.
It's kind of weird.

I manage to slay the melee attacker, but the archer still needs dealing with.

Wow, even the archer is able to send me flying backwards. I must be really light!

However, she, too, is soon dead.

I appear to have enough arrows sticking out of me to supply a legion of archers.

Now, who will be my next victim?

That's odd. I can't seem to find anyone. I can't even see anyone from way up here!

I check the inn, but the only person there is essential and thus cannot be killed.

I do find someone in the "museum of oddities", though.

This one can be killed!

I guess I am now unable to complete some sort of quest, but that quest sounded crappy anyway. I'm glad it's gone.

The only other living NPC in town is Earil from the magic shop. He is also essential.

I beat him unconscious anyway, though. I still need to let him know that Mania is in charge around here, now.

Wow, is that really everyone? Three guards, two beggars, a dog-loving orc, and a museum curator? That's it? I had been planning this update for a while now! I was expecting to have to kill more people than that!
Well, I guess it does make sense. I have killed a lot of Demented before this. Think about it. There was that dog-loving cat the dog-loving orc wanted me to kill, there was that shoplifter Earil told me to kill, there was that lady who went on and on about "the coming storm" who I killed to get back the artifacts I gave her, and there was that guy that told me to kill him.
...Still, this update was supposed to be longer... I have to find some way to drag it on a little while...

Suddenly, I am approached by a traitorous swine. She attempts to arrest me.

She thinks that she can commit treason and get away with it alive? Clearly, she has never met Charlie Manhuge before now.

Have fun being dead, traitor.

Well, everyone in Crucible is dead except for two people. I guess I control all of New Sheoth now.
...Wait a minute... There is still the court of Dementia in the palace! I still have to slaughter all of the Demented nobles! I can't believe I almost forgot!

I charge towards the palace, unafraid of anything my enemy can throw at me.

I end up getting attacked by two Dark Seducers, two traitorous swine, and two Demented nobles.

I use the old "Frenzy then invisibility" trick, but it doesn't result in anywhere near as huge a battle as I hoped it would.

Although they are marked as essential, I beat the two Demented nobles unconscious. If that doesn't establish superiority, I don't know what does.

I still have to deal with the guards, though.

It turns out that Golden Saint guards are just as capable of sending me flying as the Dark Seducers.

They are also, however, just as capable of dying.
Well, I'd better do a body count. Here we have a dead Golden Saint...

One dead Seducer...

One Demented noble stuck walking in place somehow...

Another dead Seducer...

A Demented noble who I no longer deem a threat...

And a Golden Saint rudely interrupting my body count.

Better make that two dead traitorous swines.

I head into the court of Dementia to find any nobles or other Demented who have yet to be taught a lesson.

The only person I find is the torturer guy.

Although I think he knows I am the boss around here, I chase him down and beat him unconscious just to be safe.

In Syl's old bedroom, I find another traitor. Why are there so many traitors, recently? I just don't get it.

At this rate, I'm going to have to execute more of my own citizens than I did shortly after becoming Duke!
I decide to rob Syl's bedroom while I'm here. Who know what awesome stuff she has?

Some of the more notable items she has are some boots of waterwalking...

Some enchanted gauntlets...

And some soul gems with a really good charge.
I'm surprised she didn't take any of this stuff when she defected.

In Syl's old throne room, I find those two nobles again.

I decide to beat them both unconscious one more time, just to be safe.

I also kill that Golden Saint who committed treason as I was bunching those nobles.
Well, that settles Dementia! I am it's sole ruler now! That is, other than Sheogorath, but I'm going to have his throne too, anyway!

I decide to step out into the gardens in the Dementia court and take a break.

However, I am attacked by yet even more traitors! Wow, this must be how Syl felt! No wonder she was so paranoid!

I decide to lure them to Sheogorath's throne room and fight them there so that he can see what I have to put up with.

Haskill and Sheogorath start running around the room trying to stay out of the way of our battle. Cowards.

The battle rages on. After killing one of them, I decide that, since I made my point, I may as well have mercy on the other and yeild.

However, the Golden Saint, despite being a guard, declines my yield!

I bet she regrets that decision, now.

Now that I have that all over with, I decide to take a stroll through the greenmote silos.

However, I apparently broke the rules by coming down here. I suppose that's understandable. I mean, the previous ruler did die from greenmote.
I decide to just go to jail this time. It doesn't really matter. I can just break out, anyway.

So, this is a prison in the Shivering isles, huh? Seems kind of... depressing. And dark. And closed in.
...Are there even any windows or doors? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BREAK OUT OF HERE?

What's this? A switch that opens a secret passageway?
Well, this seems promising!

The passageway leads out into a cave-like area.

There are several giant fish, but I manage to take them out despite having no armor because I am just that awesome.

I soon come across some more ruin-like areas. I find a chest that is guarded by a Golden Saint. That must be where my stuff is! I just need to carefully sneak over, and-

Oh crap she spotted me and she is attacking and I have no armor or anything else this is not good.

THERE IS A FIGHT

I somehow manage to win, despite not having anything other than some crappy old jail-clothes and my fists.
I AM SO BADASS!

I get my stuff back, but I also discover I have somehow contracted a horrible disease. Luckily, I have a cure disease potion handy, so it is no big deal.

Oddly enough, breaking out of jail has reduced my bounty to zero. Nice!

I return to New Sheoth, now in control of both districts.
