So I used a cheat that gives you every single spell in the game (even developer testers) and some of them are OH SO MIGHTY!! They either have impossibly-large magika requirements (god mode) or 0 majik requirements. My three favorite are
1: Paralyze 180 sec on target,
2: Shock damage 210 points in 120 feet, (something like that)
3: Damage health 10,000 points for 10 seconds

The best part about #2 is that sometimes if you miss, a Jolt will come off the main one and hit everyone nearby. Plus if you used it indoors, everything flies EVERYWHERE :science:

It's not a mod link, they're cheats. Just google oblivion cheats.

I use Hilarity, which is kinda similar. Here's the link:

Lots of funny spells (Summon Titan Ogre, Blast Off To Pluto (1000 Shock damage in 10,000 ft radius), Resurect, Bloody Riot and others) which cause chaos but could damage your current game (accidentally killing of NPCs you may need) so use with caution or in a new game. The spells are gained in that Discount Spells in the Imperial Market District

Oh, and as a part of M.O.E. at some places you can buy a scroll called Icariun Flight, which raises your acrobatics by 10,000 points for 7 seconds! You basically jump about 10 times higher than the Imperial Spire.

Luckly, you can buy more than one, so you can actually survive the landing

I just noticed you bought a spell called "Enemies Explode"

Use it, all the time, use it.

It's a lot less awesome than it sounds. It's just a fire damage spell.

Also, the shirt-ripping-off thing wasn't so much ripping the shirt off as having it forcibly removed. For some reason you can't wear robes and pants at the same time, so when they cast Bound Greaves it rips the robe off.

Alternatively, they cast a spell that increased their manlyness stat to the point that their shirt exploded.

Yeah, I knew that.

The mages clearly ripped off all of their clothing and put on daedric grieve that they all just happen to have. ...Duh.

If you want to see enemies actually exploding, the Deadly Reflex mod gives you a greater power-esque spell once your magic skills are high enough that makes someone nonessential explode. Non-humans just get turned into chunky salsa.

Of course, critical hits with spells are more awesome - you get to torch them, blow them out of their shoes, or pull a Sub-Zero on them.

HOWEVER this is not the modded Oblivion LP so this discussion has little point.

As I stated earlier, I don't do anything in oblivion but mess around and do a few side quests. Maybe a couple of guild quests. But I always wanted to get to the arcane university because I heard of the enchanting and spell making. But then I heard of a bunch of worthless quests by 'overhearing' citizens and did them instead. :awesome:
