I'm pretty sure it's related to the Fighter's Guild. Blackwood isn't the material, it's the name of the group that uses it.

I never really bothered with the Fighter's Guild so I don't really know.

Blackwood is part of the Fighters Guild quests. It's their evil, drug-abusing counterpart.

In the next quest you get to do even more running around.

It is so exciting.

I was considering "The Adventures and Murders of Charlie Manhuge" but that also seems too generic.

Considering the fact that Charlie Manhuge is basically the most famous person in all of Cyrodil and the Shivering Isles, it's amazing that anyone would give him lip. It's also amazing that anyone would try to fight him.

This is actually a very good point, especially considering that in the next update the guards actually start recognizing that Charlie has committed a fuck-load of crimes and- WHOOPS SPOILERS I'D BETTER STOP RIGHT HERE
