DON'T GIVE THE FINGERS OF THE MOUNTAIN BOOK TO THE CHICK. you have to go get a stupid stone and it's not worth it.

It's not really worth it. Too much magic for the spell when you could get a similar one that costs less.

Yeah, at his level the spell does 200 damage in 10 feet, but costs something like 3000+ magicka to cast. You can spellcraft one for half that much.

It's a good spell if you get it at a low level so the magicka cost isn't ridiculous.

At my level it is pretty much useless.

Manhuge has already used staffs.

Several times.

...I'm not sure if I took a screenshot of any of the times other than the time the staff of Sheogorath was used, though.
