Well, Toxic is negated by
wild berries, of all things, so that's not a worry. And guillotine only makes the opponent faint, for some bizarre reason.

Guillotine is obviously just an incredibly forceful attack at the foe's neck/shoulder. It doesn't break skin, but it maybe nails a serious pressure point or something. Named for what it could be, not what it actually does.

I'm into Steelix at the moment.
Probably ride that everywhere and cause havoc.
I wonder if any government would actually fund non-profit services like Pokemon Centres though. Seems unlikely to me.
