I would assume a normal person would follow the facebook pages of their local news sources for that, not a political organization, unless they were interested or sympathise with said organization.

I can't imagine there's a lot of attention given to things happening in the middle east on local Polish news sources, which is what he seems to want. That's not really the point though, if he actually supported a group like this I doubt he'd be hiding it, and if he did want to hide it he wouldn't just have it sitting there on his facebook page for the world to see.

Are you American or something? Non-English news sources report on international events too you know.
and if he did want to hide it he wouldn't just have it sitting there on his facebook page for the world to see.
It's also possible that he's just an idiot.

They do but I imagine it's not as consistent or something? I don't really know, but all I could find for his comment on it was that he uses it as a method to keep track of articles on the events there.

Why would Polish news sources be less consistent about reports in the Middle East than English news sources? Maybe they have less resources but 90% of reporting these days is just regurgitating press releases any way.

Twitter has made the entire thing a social media free-for-all where anybody can throw their two cents in even if they haven't done any prior research. This has led to people who are informed being locked in an endless loop, trying to tell people what GamerGate is really about while discrediting the other side rather than participating in meaningful debate. That's not to say that having a meaningful debate on Twitter is likely or common. It's just that any constructive discussion on other websites where everyone is on the same page can't compete exposure-wise with the chaos of misinformation and jerkishness that comes from the popularity and ease-of-use of Twitter.

Man, I love Twitter. When some people are having a meltdown, their first thought isn't to call their family or friends, it's to go on Twitter and spew bile at everyone and everything and dig themselves deeper into a hole. Phil Fish or that lad who recently got his game removed from Steam because he threatened to kill Gabe Newell over some poor management of the promotion of his title are great examples.

WHERE IS THIS MERLIN I KEEP HEARING OF

What harm could come from imprisoning a hellinternet beast every night and making it hate humanity and what it stands for?
Then we can release it back into the wild.

He did not say Phil, he was saying another guy, more specifically Mike Maulbeck. Please read next time.

Paranautical Activity?

What, some kinda horror game on a haunted pirate ship or something

LAAAAAAAAAME

I think if even Zombie Solitaire was taken off steam for a developer rant I would've been more shocked and/or disappointed

Why must controversy happen to boring games nowadays

From what I could tell, it had decent popularity (nothing to write home about) and was a rouge-like, FPS that is compared to the Binding of Isaac. It was even going to get greenlit as it was exiting early access.

The guy who sent death threats stated to have resigned from the company he worked with to try and get the game back in business. What it seems, he didn't want his mistake to bring down the whole company for later games as well.

Edit: RED ALERT! RED ALERT!
Miyamoto's making an animated 3 part short film!
I'm very excited! They look so cute!

roguelike
Like almost everything else in Greenlight
FPS
Oozing with creativity right now
compared to the Binding of Isaac
Wait, what?

Disassociating himself from the company was kind of a smart move at least, but saying something like this in the first place was pretty stupid

Also, the Pikmin short films have been news for quite some time, and apparently they might be coming to Nintendo Video on the 3DS, which is quite convenient
