I just wanted to point out how Smash Bros competitive vs casual was so dividing amongst the community before Smash 4

The competitive people argued about banned stages and whatnot and the casual players mocked them for it, while the competitive players mocked the overused lie of "competitive isn't fun"

But now we have two different modes to satisfy both parties

It was really easy to satisfy both parties before! You just had to play with people who had fun with the game in the same way you did
