I remember reading a comment on YouTube about how they wanted EVERY SINGLE FINAL FANTASY HERO AND VILLAIN in Smash Bros. I trolled him.
Oh, believe me, I know. I do videos with Pizzadudemanguy, and I've seen a lot of terrible ideas. One guy had Fluidity in his roster.

Too represented? It's their main franchise. Their main franchises are GOING to have more characters than small ones because they're more important and popular. There'll be new Mario characters...I just don't think it'll be Paper Mario, though he would be cool.

Toon Ganondorf would be cool; it'd be a much different fighting style. A lot of people want Skull Kid though. Which...I'm not too jazzed about, but it could work.

WW Ganon would be boss.

Hey, here's a reasonable idea.

Little Mac from Punch-Out?

(Can't think of a moveset for him, though. Anyone got any ideas?)

He's a really popular choice, actually, and it's pretty much a given that he's going to be one of the misc. or retro characters that gets in.

As for movesets...

His final smash should be him turning into Tyson.

He disables all his opponents' hearing.

All damage never die punch everyone.

SSB WiiU Pre-production details leak

Might be faked, but it does seem pretty believable.

(Also the apparent title is Super Smash Bros. Universe)

Taking this with a very large grain of salt.

Even if it's fake, and it probably is, I'm still a bit worried about the fate of Ness and Lucas in Smash Brothers, since the Mother series is pretty much over, or at least that's what Itoi said. But they wouldn't take out Ness, a Smash Brothers veteran... right?

If Jigglypuff stays in the roster after all this time, so will Ness.

Jigglypuff is awesome. I take it you have not learned how to bring down the murder hammer using the awesome power that is the Jiggles.

There are a few things I had in mind for the next Super Smash Bros. game. One is alternate costumes/characters, like Wario had in Brawl. It is cooler than a color swap, and it would make room for clone characters. I also had a few ideas for some stages. One is a Super Mario Galaxy themed stages, where players have to be hit very hard to be knocked away from the center of gravity on each of the floating planetoids in the stage. To mix things up, there will be a black that appears and erases the gravity on those planets. Of course, it would be bad to get sucked in.

Jigglypuff can be good if you know how to use it right. Most players, as they are usually n00bs, don't.

Also, about that SMG stage...

If they change anything, they'll likely axe just one of them. Which of the two would get cut is then the issue. Personally, I think for both Japanese players and Western Players, Ness is THE definitive mascot character of the series, so Lucas will probably be kicked or relegated to being an assist trophy or some similar thing (maybe an alt costume?)

I don't think they'll cut anything because Earthbound still has a lot of popularity and is actively being played through ROMs by a lot of people...it's just that it isn't growing and won't be growing anytime soon, so there's no point expanding it any further in Smash...

Besides, I like both Ness and Lucas. They bring a lot to the game and are more than different enough.
