The character i would reeeeeally like to have would be a second pokemon trainer (female pokemon trainer?) with the third gen starters Mudkip (cause everyone likes him), Grovle (cause he looks better than treecko and Sceptile, IMO ) and BLAZIKEN FOR AWESOMENESS (seriously, this guy would be epic)
Having Blaziken by himself would be awesome enough though.
I don't see it happening any time soon, but one can always dream, right?
But in all seriousness, Bomberman should be in the SSB cast, he's been in so many nintendo games and he would be awesome. I have wanted him forever.

I can't see Bomberman's moveset being all that amazing, though.
Drop bomb; Throw bomb; Kick bomb; Remote detonate bomb.

I rarely dodge or block. Don't really know why not. And I would play against you, but I think I'm about to have dinner so yeah.

I didn't get that before, but i saw the importance in it.
I got the basics down by practicing with link against lvl 9 dark link, no items, with stamina, in that bridge stage . You are kind of forced to learn how to dodge/block under those circumstances.
I learned how to dodge mid-air much later, trying to do the intense boss challenge, watching the videos on how they beat it with 0% damage.
I started dodging mid-air much more since then, now dodging and blocking is a part of my game.
I still do a link vs dark link with stamina every now and then, it is really fun :>
I also do marth vs CPU marth when i become rusty with him. Really helps me get back in game.

I air-dodge more than I normal dodge or perhaps even block. Then again, Wario's air dodge lasts ages.

I arial dodge/slide dodge all day. I only block against a barrage of bullets from someone that I know I can outlast. I never dodge in place.

I mix in a dodge in place every now and then. The CPUs does them all the time, and since i learnt dodging by fighting one on one against them i kind of assimilated some of their skills.
It is really useful against samus' missiles that come one after the other, because if you side-dodge towards the missile there you get hit by the next one, and if you side-dodge to the other side the missile you were trying to dodge hits you (THIS HAPPENS TO ME ALWAYS)
What i never learnt to do was to grab.
I did it all the time back in the first SSB, i skipped melee, and then in brawl i just never grab because it is so bothersome to do with the wiimote+nunchuck.
On other news, i still can't apply the proletariats, does anyone know how to do it?

Wait, is using evasive and defensive moves supposed to be something that might be weird to do?

I dodge less than I did in Melee 'cause with the GC controller on Brawl, you have to push the R button all the way down to the second click to bring up the shield or dodge

When I use the wii remote, I almost never dodge. I only dodge for Kirbys final smash.
Any other time, I go in all guns blazing. When ever I try dodging, my timing is off and get hit instead of dodging.
But I do like using Ukemi.
