I remember having created a cool moveset for Paper Mario a few years ago. Well, the specials anyway. I imagined him playing a lot differently from Mario, probably being a really defensive character.

B: Dimensional Flip
- His main power from Super Paper Mario. That weird cursor puts a box around PM and he flips sideways, completely immune to damage for a few seconds. Any character near him when this happens gets turned around, like when Mario uses his cape.

Side-B: Hammer Spin
- The attack from Paper Mario 2; Paper Mario spins around with his hammer out, which attacks and can also reflect projectiles. You can aim it up or down, so it's basically like ROB's one attack.

Up-B: Spring Jump
- P. Mario folds up and then launches into the air. Damages anyone in his path. You can press B again at the apex of his jump and he'll do a Ground-Pound similar to Yoshi.

Down-B: Super-Counter
- Paper Mario spins in place for a moment, and if any attack hits him it's negated, and a nearby foe will take damage.

Final Smash: Peach Beam
- The seven Star Spirits from Paper Mario 1 appear in the center of the stage and rotate in a large circular formation. The inside of the circle is filled with a huge beam for a little while. It's pretty awesome.
please stop that right now

Paper Mario would be completely awesome.

Side Smash A: Charges up a spinning hammer strike (with a bar above his head like in Thousand Year Door)

As long as he has that ability I'm pop flyin'

I want Waluigi. He's never been in a real game before, so they can let their imaginations go wild with that one.

I can imagine a Waluigi starred game. It would be the most WTF trippy adventure ever.

Am I the only one who wants some more original characters instead of more Mario/Zelda/Star Fox characters? The Fox ones especially are all clones of each other.

Extend a hand to the 3rd Party developers for some characters. Don't need to keep dipping into the Mushroom Kingdom or Hyrule for stuff.
Stuff goes here later.

I must agree. They did a really good job of making each Star Fox universe character play quite differently. Of course there are similarities in abilities, but they are by no means the same with different skins.

Play a full adventure game as Falco and a full game as Wolf and tell me if you still think they're clones.

We don't need a fourth one though. They can add in another Star Fox character if they want, but I hope they'll give them a completely different moveset then.

If they added a 4th it'd probably be Krystal I think, and I strongly doubt she'd resemble the rest of the star fox cast in terms of playstyle.

As a really out there addition to the cast it'd be cool if they'd add Goemon from the Mystical Ninja game or something equally daft and obscure.

Dash, Reflection, Gun, Fiery Comet.

They might vary in execution slightly but it is still the same daisies moves.
