If someone else from Konami gets in, I want Sparkster. I want Sparkster so bad.

I'd like Sparkster too.

There are many characters I'd like to see, but... that's very risky. If there are tooooooo many fighters, it can start to be really annoying. So it's great to see new stuff, but... don't overdo it, Sakurai, OK ?
But I trust you, Sakurai. You never used me. You've always cared for me.
I... I think I... I love you...

Eh, more characters means more variety. I'm all for a big roster, as long as you don't sacrifice the overall quality of the game.

DnD, I don't know how, after so many years, I still get owned by thiese wordfilters.
God.
Le Great Handsome Oppressor, I don't fear for SSB's quality; I think that's a game that'll always be really nice and excessively fun.

The risk of a big roster is a lack of balance and depth to the different characters fighting styles. I really don't need 3 characters which are just a variation of Mario, like in Melee.

I think Paper Mario would have a move pool different enough to Mario to warrant an inclusion; A lot of people seem to want Paper Mario too.
I would be sad to see Lucario go, but I can't see him being kept on unless they decide to not cut characters anymore (Roy, Pichu, Mewtwo and Dr. Mario were okay in my books - I wouldn't be against seeing them come back).
I have trouble choosing anyone else from the F-Zero series to buddy up with Capt. Falcon though - in that there are too many to choose from.

See: SSBB

Yeah, semi-clones can be annoying, but SSBB was pretty good with "visually similar characters that abolutely don't play the same" (e.g. Fox/Falco/Wolf, Link/TLink, Mario/Luigi, Ness/Lucas).

Might be an interesting read.
So, they won't develop the game or even assemble the staff to work on it until Kid Icarus is finished.

I want someone from the Golden Sun series in it - it'd probably be either Felix/Matthew/Tyrell (I think that's new latest Earth Adept), as they're the main characters. He'd have plenty of moves too; Earthquake, Spire, Ragnorak, Growth, but I don't think he'd be allowed to use Cure. He sounds kind of overpowered now, but if he was to be in I'm sure he'd be toned down.

I very much approve of the idea of Hector as a new character :^D
Megaman would also definitely be cool, although to be honest I'd rather play as a Robot Master.

Needs more villains generally.
We have enough Zelda characters though.

What's never gonna happen: Dr. Willy as a playable character, like pokemon trainer, but you can switch between a selection of Robot Masters.
