If you're unfamiliar with spiderweb software, I would start with the latest game released and work your way back. The earlier games are clunky and might not even work on your machine.

Are those RPGs good? Or I guess a better question would be interesting?

Is the plot an excuse to kill generic monsters, or has it got cool enemies and characters I'll care about?

The plots and settings are generally pretty interesting. The weakest is probably avadon, but it still isn't a generic sword n sorcery thing.

everything is on sale but don't buy things unless they are a daily deal
