Joey's the kid who calls you every 5 minutes to talk about how special his Ratata is. So far, without fail, he's called before EVERY major battle to tell me about how awesome his ratata is.

IDEA:
Panel 1: Katie is sneaking up on Team Rocket Leader Archer.
Panel 2: *Katie's Poketech rings* Katie: AAAAAHHHHHHHHH
*Archer notices Katie, making her attempts at sneakery void.*
Panel 3: *Katie listens to whoever's on the other end of the Poketech*

Joey should be the very first enemy trainer you fight, other than your rival.

I think that Irwin/Irvin, forgot how to spell his name is worse than Joey. Anybody tried calling him recently?

I never give out my phone number. I don't feel like leveling up 20 times, then getting called back to face someone who's only leveled up 5.

EDIT: Also, my main rule is to never give out my number until I have Fly, else they're just a chore
