Hey Indigo when are you going to stop posting
Its not a fucking character, its an animal that keeps attacking him because its funny. It doesn't have a personality, or a catch phrase, or a distinct style, its a fucking duck. Its no more a character than the Arwing in a bottle Fox made.

When are you gonna stop being a fucking idiot.

Hypocrisy at it's finest.

If you're reading these comics for story and character development, go read Order of the Stick (a.k.a. wall of text)

In Avatar, Momo is not a character because "it's an animal" and does not speak or do anything except comic relief

Except Momo is a character

Adding additional characters to a smash bros brawl setup is a stupid idea and would not be funny. At all.

I can not imagine a duck biting someone being funny in the slightest and I am very much used to Katie's humour as it is, without cheap and boring gimmicks.

Did you just contradict yourself there?

You make a point about Momo, saying he's really not that big of a character, and that it works in avatar, then turnaround and say that it wouldn't work.

I'm with everyone else; a pet does not constitute as a character any more than a brick does.

But I do agree with Decker in that an angry duck in itself isn't humourful in any way, and I am honestly confused as to why you would even think it is. Although then again, this is a forum known for thinking the word "BEEEEES" constitutes as a joke.

I proved Indigo wrong in saying that a pet is exactly the same as a character; which backs up my statement that adding characters is a bad thing to do. I then went on to say that some stupid duck would be severely boring

I do confess, that was the actual idea for the joke in itself - multiple characters sitting around in various lethargic poses, complaining that nothing interesting is happening. Marth runs by screaming his pet duck is trying to kill him. Pit looks in a bored manner "Do you think beating the hell out of each other for a living has left us desensitized?" "Nah".

Duck is never heard from ever again, ever.

*long, drawn out sigh*

It's a reference to an inside joke from Skype.

But you can go ahead and keep thinking we really do just get that much enjoyment from the word BEEEEEES if it makes you feel better than everyone else.

It's not really a Skype joke, it's a reference to this comic.

That was what I thought, and I got all sad when it was said to be a skype chat joke. I wanna join in on the humor orgies.

This was a long time ago before a lot of people that are regulars now were here (sorry Tori and Pandaman, you weren't here then :c). The original joke was "CUZ I'M A BEE", and people like The Big Cheese, Lyrasen, etc. will know which I'm refering to. I think I still even have the original file of the joke. We also make reference to Irvin the Socially Awkward Bee and some other stuff, like that comic.

But I always just remember the original inside joke when I see "BEEEEEEEES", not really that comic.

Yeah, I think the inside joke evolved and merged with the joke from the comic.
