two links on horse, in balloon battle.

They start and charge at each other.

the horses headbutt each other and pass out.

why would someone need to teach a pokemon move to a pokemon that should already know such a thing?
take scyther for example. why do you need to teach it cut to make it chop down little trees? it has scythes for hands. or pidgeot, why do you need to teach it how to FLY.

Why does a Pokemon need to learn how to 'tackle someone? Or how to bite? Shouldn't they fall under the category of Common Sense?

All traces of Common Sense were evolved out of the pokemon gene pool due to the constant breeding with Dittos
