Guess he's trying to say that that one WoW comic was better than the last three comics together.
Not what I think, but I don't get the whole WoW argument in general.
For the record, my favorites are Katie's self-insertion comics. I like that slice-of-life stuff.

Oh, I see. I'm kinda slow these days.
Well, if you think the wow comics are better, that's a problem you have with Katie, or with your thinking of what is funny and not with the subjects of her comics.

But honestly, how long can you go with making comics about the failures of Link? I could understand if the Zelda games had a patch every so many days that you could make five new comics out of...
Seriously, there's no point in discussing this. Some comics will be more funny to some, while it won't be funny at all to others. Comic makers don't need to worry about how much a joke is pulled of a certain subject, as long as it appeals to a lot of people. Katie chooses her subjects quite freely, so you can't complain about it.
if you think you know a funny comic from a non funny comic, then why dont you just write down an idea of a funny comic for Katie if she's doing that bad!
honnestly we are going of the topic subject: comic ideas!
i have one!

So you see sora looking up at his health and goes "i'm almost at critical health, and im out of mana, better use a potion now!"
he takes out a paper witten inventory on it.
the only thing there is is potionx1.
he says "i know i told Goofy we were low on munny (or whatever it's called), but i never said to sell everything! oh well, now where is that potion..."
he checks every pocket then hears;
Donald: "Here Goofy, have a potion!"
Goofy: "Gee thanks Donald! I don't really need it, but i'll use it anyways!"
he takes the potion and then you see Sora with a 'wtf was that' face.
i find it funny.

Okay, here's an idea, and it's Brawl...again. Although it involves Katie, not the Brawl cast per se...
Anyway, I don't really know how it would be laid out, but first panels shows Katie and a friend walking through a house having a conversation.
Katie: "I don't know why they made Lyn a support trophy instead of making her an actual character. She was just as important as-"
Katie is interrupted as the pair walk into another room with two people on a couch playing video games. One of them is saying "And if you tilt the camera THIS way you can see Peach's underwear!"
Both gamers lawl and Katie facepalm's/roll's eyes/whatever and says, "Never mind..."
I was thinking about the mechanic in Pokemon where you can't say no to a trainer's challenge. Now what if you were doing something excessively important, like taking your dying grandmother to a hospital, or perhaps defusing a live bomb?
