Why don't you use the characters of SSBB for your comics ? I dunno, they could... for example, there could be jokes about the items, like the sticky bomb, or... the curry ! Link could have eaten too much and that would burn everyone !
Isn't that just great ?
You are sarcastic now aren't you?
Why would I be ? It's an idea good enough for the greatness of Katie !

In Platinum, there's a guy in the Resort Area (a male swimmer in a pool) that says that there's some awesome creature in the pond that you can find if you use your Super Rod, but all that's in that pond are Magikarp ranging from 1-100.

The idea for this one is that the trainer hears about these prophecies of a doom pokemon in that pond from the swimmer. She (considering the trainer will most likely be represented by Katie) will try and catch this all powerful pokemon only to find that there are only Magikarp there after trying like 50 times. She tries one last time and get a tremendous bite. Katie's excitement grows thinking that this might be the ultimate pokemon. Upon reeling it in, it turns out to be KING MAGIKARP! A Level 100 behemoth Magikarp. The swimmer runs around the area shouting "THE END IS NIGH! KING MAGIKARP HAS AWAKENED!" all while Katie stands there with either a shocked or a "you gotta be kidding me" look on her face.

1: That part was too obscure.
2: A wild level 100 Magikarp is more powerful than a wild Dialga or Palkia.
3: A behemoth is largely considered a whole lot more threatening because of the fact that it evolves into a behemoth GyaraOHFUK!

Seriously, if anyone does catch a really high level Magikarp there, name it that.
(oh, and it helps to remember that the level of a Pokemon doesn't matter a bit, only its percentage health)

Red Gyrados. Wearing a top hat.

.....Yeah. If Katie doesn't do that, I will.

If you put a Magikarp on land, chances are that even if it is level 100...

... it will kill you.

See, this is why I write Brawl machinima and not comics.

Alright, I'm sure someone has done this before, but on the off chance they haven't:

Someone needs to illustrate the ridiculousness of the fact that anywhere that Samus Aran has been explodes.

Hmmm I really can't think of anything right now.
Maybe a comic pointing out how in the pokemon games even though you beat your rival/team rocket without mercy repeatedly they never admit your better then them.

Maybe something to deal with the origin of the Pieces of Heart in the LoZ games.

I dont know I always forget my good ideas.

NEVER!

Okay.....
I actually have made a comic before. It is on the front of my friend's binder.
It makes fun of Dragon Warrior games.
It shows one slime going up to another. Then all of sudden just asks him to have sex and then the other slime says "IM A DUDE!" And the one slime is like "HOLY CRAP I DIDN'T KNOW! WE ALL LOOK ALIKE!" and the very last panel shows the other slime saying "I didn't say no."

Lamish but I thought it was funny.

But I digress I will write them down.

Hmm Digress makes me think of Blathers from animal crossing. Maybe they should make fun of him.

If I may add on to this idea: Perhaps a wonder of where the pieces came from and who's heart it is? Maybe the heart pieces are those of the former heroes of time.

Those were my thoughts exactly! I mean does somebody go around stabbing themselves and then putting the hearts on the ground in difficult to reach places?
