So I painted my nails for the first time in at least five years.

I don't like painting my nails. It takes forever and then when I check them I usually squish the polish and then I have to paint them all over again. Plus, I don't like not knowing if there is stuff under them. And also, I don't think I have any polish that looks good on me.

Also, it does feel kinda weird, what with my fingernails being heavier, and I got a couple little trails of the topcoat that hit my skin, too. But that's probably just because it's been at least five years since I last tried this.

SECOND, yeah I don't paint my nails that often. Last time I did was I think years ago. My sisters love painting my nails though.
I always wanted to paint images on them. Or polka dots.
I have a tendency to put my nails in my mouth and wearing nail polish makes me realize how often I do so. Good way to kick the habit?
