Oh man I love this TV. My PS3 looks so goddamn beautiful. Oh my god I'm so pop flyin', and I have cable in my room.
My right to complain about shit is down by 80%

I know exactly how my Christmas will go this year.
I will ask for something, my parents won't get it but get clothing worth 2x as much for me that I don't even like.
I won't complain to them.
My siblings will ask for something and get it.
They will complain that they didn't get enough even though they got exactly what they wanted and more.
ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING will be completely about religion through what they say though nothing will actually be followed through with unless it includes me(and no one else) having to do something.
My parents will spend hundreds of dollars that they have saved up and not care about the one thing I ask(this is the first year I have even asked for something over $60 and i know for a fact I won't get it).

I love my family's idea of Christmas, selfish siblings not pop flyin' with their gifts and complain for days after while I sit and act pop flyin' that I actually got something.

I'm looking forward to getting a sewing machine this year, and hopefully Skyward Sword. Dad's still in the process of buying parts for my new gaming rig.
I told my mom I really wanted a saxophone for next year when I start band, but I also said it was okay if she didn't. She's pretty down on her luck financially, so I felt kinda bad about asking for something that's just out of her price range. But she has a tendency to scrounge up cheddar and buy nice things for me. Last year I actually forced her to return the iPod Touch she bought me for a cheaper Classic. There's no way I'm letting her waste that much more on something that's worth less to me.

I asked for a new sling bag this year, but it's kind of pricey (75 bucks) so I feel bad for even telling my parents about it. I'm hoping to save up for it myself to be honest.
Thing is if I get it myself then my mom will ask me what I want and I will have no idea what to tell her.
Oh well. I'm sure it'll all work out.

Actually, you can usually find beginner alto saxophones for not a whole lot (relatively speaking, of course). I'm assuming that's the kind you're going for?

Yeah, I was looking into those. Unfortunately the majority of them were around $400-500. But my mom did mention seeing a flier for an instrument sale a few days ago. And I wouldn't mind if she found an old junker, as long as it plays well.

Probably won't get any of the games I want this year, so I'll have to buy most of them after the holidays and catch up on my gaming. I did mostly ask for stuff for my house anyway...I hope I get the new cookware I want because quite frankly, I'm tired of using my mom's stuff. I know it's hers, I know it's a temporary thing until I get my own, but daisies if it's not annoying to need a pot or a pan and she's come in and taken it :|
So new cookware for all! ....maybe a couch too.

I gotta find something to get everyone else though...cheddar is kind of hard to come by this year after bodaciously just getting back from the easy coast in October...

Asking for some LEGO sets, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Saints Row the Third, and some other stuff. Also, it's five days until my favorite month, "Look-Fucking-Everywhere-For-Your-Christmas-Presents-Ber".

At the top of my list is Recording equipment, editing software, and things I could use in costumes, be it clothes or otherwise, and just random shit to use for props
