My sister always tells everyone she doesn't want anything, even though it's clear she does. It makes everything more difficult for our family because no one ever knows what to buy her.

I think I'll be buying myself a few presents for Christmas this year. The people who actually know what kind of stuff I like get me gifts only sparingly, and I've been saving up for a while so it's not too big of a deal.

After I figure out what to get everyone else, of course.

Honestly Christmas is more about the overall joy of the season for me. Time to spend time with friends and family, and actually enjoy it. All the traditions (music, etc) fit in with my good memories of Christmas seasons and it's just a time to be pop flyin'

My mom wraps the presents in her room, and then leaves to pile on the bed, and then stick it under the tree.
I don't think I've ever opened them before hand, nor do I ever think I've wanted to.

Mom wraps gifts in her room, leaves them sitting on this old storage chest she has. Puts them under the tree Christmas morning.
Any gifts I have I just keep sitting wrapped up on the end of my entertainment shelf thing by my bedroom door.
Not hidden at all.

Did up the Secret Santa assignments (on another forum) this morning. The RNG Generator decided it wanted to make things interesting. As in people who don't like each other giving each other gifts.

5 hours, 630 sq. ft. of wrapping paper, 1 ream of white paper, and 4 rolls of tape later, my dorm is finally ready for the holidays.

And yes, I did everything by hand.
