From my current job and cheddar situation, my nerves are lying blank and I feel like a powder barrel filled with highly sensitive gunpowder, ready to go at the slightest thing. It's really not pretty how incredibly aggressive I am at the moment.
Not being able to sleep properly isn't helping the situation either.

Also it's totally okay not to laugh at what everyone else laughs at. If we all enjoyed the same stuff we'd all be homestuck-heretics. Frankly I have my own fandoms to enjoy.

I've fallen into the habit of just ignoring things I was supposed to do on the internet. I was signed up for this one fire emblem thing and I was doing horrible at the challenge so I just ignored the forum it was on. I also got a pm on another forum about something I signed up for years ago and I'm just ignoring that because I don't really play the game much anymore.

I do this thing a lot where I make myself feel sad by taking completely mundane things and imagining sort of sad situations that could be caused as a result of them.

Example: I'm watching The Spoony One riff on some old VCR Golf board game, and obviously it's just a stupid piece of shit designed to make a quick buck off of people. Now in my head I made myself sad by imagining a family (maybe two kids and a mom) buying this game for a father on father's day and trying to bond around the tv with it that night and seeing how shitty it is and the dad and everyone tries to make the best of it because the dad doesn't want to let on that it's awful and does his best to have a good time and the mom and kids try to have a good time for the dad's sake cuz they know he likes golf and they've all got these sad, nervous smiles on and eventually it just tapers out and later the kids apologize because it's not fun and the dad tries to reassure them and says it's the thought that counts and ;_;

And I do this to myself all the fucking time and then laugh at myself because of how silly it is.

were you up all night thinking of how to type that up? Wondering if anyone would even read it, let alone care? You tell yourself it doesn't matter its the confessions thread, half the things that end up here go unreplied to. You hit submit and go on with your day, but it keeps nagging away.

I do stuff like that, only I like, think of the object's feelings.

Like "oh man, I remember buying this piece of crap board game... I should get rid of it."

Luckily it hasn't been a real bad problem, but I have a feeling that this is how hoarding starts.
