Good idea, keep the prisons jammed with casual pot smokers because you feel spiteful about potheads.

Not the thread for that, Stranger. Not the tone for that, Stranger.

There are times where I fear for the loss of my family because I'm not certain I'll even be able to handle and it bothers me a lot whenever I think about it. Sometimes I wonder if I'm spending enough time with them before they get taken away from me or I from them. I wish I was fluent enough with Spanish so that I can talk to my grandfather more often and let him know in my own words how much I love him because he's probably going to be dead within the next 5 years and I'm not ready for that at all.

I think I rustled off a friend of mine because I told her that her obsession with Sex and The City was more sad than my obession with superheroes, because the odds of me getting superpowers were bigger than her getting to spend her life buying shoes in Manhattan and hooking up with stock brokers.

Umm... I'm not sure superpowers are easier to get than that.
Especially since superpowers are fiction.

Honestly considering of moving back to my parents as soon as I woke up, now that our relationship relaxed.
If my dad could tell me, "hey I definitely got a job for you", then I'd be back over there in a flash, you have no idea.

To be fair, saying someone's interest is sad is poor manners.

It was a discussion about who's escapism was more realistic to hope for.

When I was little, I watched a Jackie Chan movie, and I was disappointed that it didn't have any talismans, demons, or magical chants in it.

The jackie chan movies that have those three things are rubbish.

I keep my terrible job to prove to my family that I'm not lazy.

Sometimes I feel like I enjoy doing a lot of things, but I'm not really good at any of them.
