The topless thing is apparently meant to draw attention to the fact that women have to cover up while men can go shirtless. So they switch for a day.

I'm scared I might've become immune against my medication. I was feeling really good, partially a bit too energetic even (but not to the point I couldn't sleep, just healthy energetic, mind you), so I tried to work against it by taking a pill only every third day - also because I partially forgot it too.

A few days ago, I made a joke with someone, but that actually provoked a feeling I just know all to well, that I'm not good enough etc. , and it was even less than a blink of an eye. It was really scary. Since 3 days I think, I'm taking a pill every day again, but over the days I didn't feel that great anymore, today I'm feeling rather down, even. I actually can feel those old, bad feelings dwelling up in my chest.

I hope this won't stay and I will be better again, but yeah, I'm scared my pills might not work anymore.
My other problem is, I'm also running out of them, and I can't get an appointment soon, I'll have to wait one more month again. I doubt my local doctor can give me a subscription, but maybe he can refer me to someone so I don't have to wait that long.

not all bras are made of semi-stiff padding material. they make some that basically have no shape at all; they're just fabric and a wire (for those who apparently don't care if their nipples show when its cold.) they'd work nicely for a guy, and they're cheaper.

Tatzel, if this isn't just a normal small slump, the apparent lack of effect that you're noticing could be due to a sort of buildup period that a lot of medication like that has. It can take up to three weeks for a constant dosage to actually reach its full effect. And if you were only taking a third of that, it will probably just take a week or so to get your body's chemistry back up to where it was before.

That's really the first time I've felt like back then since I'm taking anti-depressants, so I'm certain it comes from the lack of it. I'm just worried, because I was already feeling like changed on my third day, so it went super fast. I hope tomorrow is going to be better because oh boy I know what happiness is and I'm gonna latch on to it like a bloodsucker, you bet your booty on it.

I'm just afraid of falling back, even if it's for the shortest time, because I know how bad it was and... wow, just no thanks, I don't need that anymore.

Trough some random events I got to listen to the different theme songs from the My Little Pony fighting game, and gainst my expectations the music is actually really good. It's still obvious the themes are not from a professional studio, but hey they're a good listen.

Also I'm pretty much afraid of walking around at night, especially in long empty hallways. I always feel like if I turn around there's going to be an axe murderer chasing me.
