yes good. minus the bandana and boots coz i don't own any of those but two of my favourite shirts (and also my two most expensive ones...) are western shirts. super comfy, and nice without looking too formal. yep.

my NICEST shirt i own is a robert graham (i forgot the name, i'd have to go look.) kyle has one too, and neither of us like wearing them much, not because they're uncomfortable (in fact they're very comfy and tailored,) but because they're ...the nicest shirts we own haha.

Unless you actually work with cattle, wearing cowboy boots is kinda lame. The rest is fine though.

They make me taller and they're the most comfortable shoes I own.

Also working with cattle has nothing to do with cowboy boots? They're for riding horses ??????

SOMEONE obviously doesn't live in the south

riding boots really are super comfy but i can't justify the purchase until i start riding again because good ones are quite pricey.

I meant nothing specific to do with cattle. You can wear combat boots, for example, and probably do better? But cowboy boots were specifically made to fit in stirrups and haven't got any explicit purpose past that.

Cowboy boots are great for kicking people in the shins. Memories of being hobbled by someone not paying attention to where they're going.

I like cowboy boots too, too bad my calves are just a smidge too big for mine now. And funnily enough, I never owned a real pair (besides like a halloween costume set) until my friends at college bought me a pair.

It's funny watching all of the freshman at my college coming in and buying into the "Texas lifestyle" and getting boots and jeans and hats and whatever to fit in.

Almost none of them are actually from Texas, but the orientation people joke about how it's almost mandatory to fit in and it gets them to buy into it.

I should actually see if I can buy a pair off of them when they realize they've been had. I might get a really nice pair that way...

Ah yes, the ones I have aren't. My friends didn't know much about boots, so my pair just has the really thin pointy toes that my feet are like 3 inches away from the end in.

If I could, I'd totally start up a shoe trading program on my campus because you wouldn't believe how many pairs people just throw out or leave clogging their closet so they can get new ones and shit. And half the time they throw out a pair someone else is going to pay $200 for and go buy a pair someone else is throwing out. And the guys are almost as bad about this as the girls.

If course, I might never let my treasures go... ehehe...

I bought mine for $20 on Craigslist

I only needed them for a costume, but they wound up being really high quality so I've been wearing them since. I don't live in Texas, or even really in the south, but at least I spent a month in Texas when I was born. I like to think I count as a Texan.

Shit man, I get lucky on deals, but never that lucky.

I should actually poke around craigslist a bit, though the place occasionally skeeves me out.
