Maybe not as citizens, but as humans.

Yes, but people who are on vacation in the US don't get the protection with the law. All I am saying is that this is appeasing democrat votes, rather than actually being written to help people.

Apparently police in LA County are no longer allowed to impound the cars of people driving without licenses (guess who those are). The given reason was that it would interfere with their income by not being able to drive around.

Strange how the people with licenses can have their cars impounded.

Seriously? You can't impound the cars of people without licenses? And the primary target of this bill is the large illegal immigrant population in LA? I am all for the human rights of illegal immigrants, but to get more protection under a law than a US citizen is ridiculous.
