Maybe he has a problem with ONLY doing math?

After all, then he wouldn't have time to spend in his laboratory.

Wasn't there an episode focusing on him finishing his homework a minute before the bus was supposed to come?

Even Dexter hated the bullshit.

That's pretty messed up.

For one of my classes we're required to do several hours of community service and the first event we have is to talk to some ex-prisoners in this rehabilitation house nearby. A lot of them are in there for drugs, I wonder how they would respond to that.

It's business for them. You might get a few remorseful people but they all knew how violent their work was.

Not everyone that is jailed for drugs is in the distribution business.

There's a lot of users that get arrested, though that mostly depends on local law.

Users create the demand, they're just as much to blame as dealers.

So if I buy groceries from a shop, and the shop-owner decides to use that cheddar to buy a gun and shoot someone, I'm just as much to blame?

That analogy is only accurate if he kills people to keep his grocery store in business, and if you are also aware beforehand that people die as a result of his business.

So you think all drug users know what goes into making/shipping/distributing their drugs?

I doubt the average drug users knows how much bloodshed goes into getting them their drugs. They might know that there's some level of violence that goes into it, but I doubt most users even conceive of how bad it is.

Shit, I doubt most people even know what it entails to bring food to their table (granted, farmers and truck drivers aren't getting shot by rivals and government agents).
