Actually, you can. But that only goes for digital communication. Voice is possible, but more difficult. Analogue communication is nearly impossible to monitor everything on.

If the black colour additive is legal, I don't see why they should not be allowed to sell black burgers. Also, most developed countries have something resembling FDA.

So I can't find the story on their website, but the news just said that Florida is moving to reinstate Don't Ask, Don't Tell for the state National Guard. The smart cheddar is on this passing and being implemented.

For perhaps some less depressing news,
Rick Perry gets 1% of the votes in the New Hampshire primary.
I know he didn't even try, but the fact that he's so abysmally low (even lower than Rick Santorum and the undecided vote) is greatly amusing to me.
