Probably not, since that's a retarded idea. Also the fact that it's kind of easy to get your test score within that margin if you're actually smart.

This is the excuse used for nearly every job that doesn't have high turnover. They don't want highly intelligent people because they won't be at the job for long. They'll either get promoted or leave.

It's stupid but that's how it is.

It depends. The court ruled them guilty on facilitating file sharing (search engine), not on the sharing itself. As far as the new religion goes, that is not a sacred act yet.

What you have to remember is that the government cannot monitor every single communication at all times. Government agencies cannot afford to spread themselves too thin in case something serious happens, so they have to focus on what their agency deems a threat. That means that right now, they are not monitoring every single individual person to look for acts of terrorism. It IS a travesty that this bill came to pass, but it is not the end of freedom as we know it.
