[I have edited my post on Page 1. I am now the school's doctor]

[Dr. Walcott put his sterilization torch away. Burning all the dried blood and organs off of his instruments is tedious, but it has to be done.]

"Now then, I wonder which new student will show up first?"

[Dr. Walcott leans back in his office chair, preparing to take a nap]

"I didn't build it, I re-engineered it. I just found it in the mech yard, fixed it up a little, added what was necessary to control it with a controller. And I don't remember how long it took, I lost track of the time while I was building it." Paku explained.

OKAY I'M JOINING NOW

A bit late, but ehhhh

Name: Josephine Altamilla

Gender: Female

Role: Student

Appearence: As a human, she has long wavy dark brown hair, and brown eyes. In half-human form, her eyes are blue and her hair has turned white, and various dog-like features appear on her body. In her dog form, she looks like a Samoyed, but larger than the actual breed. Her human build is muscular, for a girl.

Personality: Like the Samoyed dog, Josephine is quick to make friends, but will usually stick within her own group. She's friendly enough to other strangers, and warms up to them eventually. She's rather willful though; she likes to do what she wants, and will often try to get her friends into doing what she wants. In her human and half-human forms, her behavior is much more like a human, though she does to carry over a few dog habits such as spinning around on all fours before lying down to go to bed. She is very headstrong and prefers the direct, physical route when fighting. She usually is a bit more clever in matters not regarding combat, but she is very full of energy even in those cases. She's kind of similar to a shounen hero, though with less stupid and THE POWER OF YELLING. She would probably fit well in a shounen series, though.

Abilities: senses such as smell and hearing equivalent to a dog's, she is also good at wrestling.

Power: As a weredog, Josephine's power is similar to a werewolf, but instead of being like the uncontrollable machine of destruction that werewolves tend to be, she is much more docile and in control of her animal form. Josephine can turn into a dog, but she can also hold her "middle" form, which basically resembles an anthropomorphic dog...person. In her middle form, she can speak unlike the dog form, and she has a few different skills from both dogs and humans. As a dog, she has the same intelligence as a person, and...well, can do what normal dogs do, though she is a bit stronger and larger than a regular samoyed.

Other: nothing I can think of atm.

Is this okay?

Edit: Woah, there are a lot of upstanding members of society in this game.

Edit 2: should I wait for Lyra's OK or should I just start and fix/retcon things when needed? i am confus

Eris walked out into the sun. Indoors his PANK attire was eye-catching. Outdoors in direct light the colors became much, much brighter.

He looked around at the various students, making for the entrance to the dorms. If he was going to be in a sunken ship with numerous traps and who knows what else, he'd be doing it armed with Agape.

She took Wyrm's hand and shook it. "I'm Coryn. I'm supposed to be investigating the sunken ship."

Wyrm shook his new partner's hand. "Oh, cool me too." He dropped her hand, and retrieved his shovel. "So, are we supposed to walk down there as a group er' what?" Sitting down, he dug into his pocket. It emerged with another hand full of candy, and offered her some.

Coryn shook her head at the fistful of sweets. "No thank-you." She looked northward, where the ship was supposed to be. "I don't think the school cares if we do it in a group or not." She looked back at Wyrm and the guy in the mech. "Do you guys mind if I go with you?"

[Waking up from his nap, Dr. Walcott peruses the student roster.]

"Hmm. Looks like I'm going to have to get out my veterinarian handbook. Last time I saw that was back in 2006. I'll see if the library has one."

[The doctor exits his office and starts making his way to the library on the other side of the academy.]

Wyrm looked up. "Yeah, that'd be cool with me. I don't think gizmo over there is comin' with us though." He used the shovel to stand himself back up, and then dusted his pants off. "Alright, so if we're workin' together lets establish some rules." He coughed. "Specifically, loot. I'm thinkin' anythin' you pick up is yours, but we split any 'final treasure' that some nasty beastie might be guardin' down there 50/50." He stood there a second. "Sound good?"

(TIME TO AD-LIB SINCE I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE I FIT IN YEAH)

Knexas wandered the now empty halls annoyingly. ~God damnit, I never picked out a mission. What am I supposed to do now?~ Sparks flicker between his fingers as his patience drops.

(Also he creates fire.)

"That's fine by me." Coryn said. "I won't be able to take a lot of loot back with me, anyway. I don't have a pack or a bag."

(Fateh you could probably come with Sloth and I, if Sloth doesn't mind)

OOC: Don't mind at all, I have no idea what potential enemies are in the wreckage.

Plus I'll need some fodder for those traps. The more the merrier.

Also:
Should we illustrate stuff too? Like that other adventure?

(Know what, I'll just start off anyway before I go to sleep.)

After a bit of enjoyable wandering around the academy, Josephine saw the students gathered around in groups near the notice board. Well, this must be where the missions are, she thought. She looked at the three missions, and noting that they all had to do with a different basic of adventuring, the last one caught her eye. It was about combat, something she knew she was good at. She had been wrestling before on the women's circut (yes, there is such a thing) and she was sure she could take on a few statues, if at least hold her own. And of course it seemed hard, but what's a challenge but something to make you stronger? Besides, not very many people had their names on that one. Sometimes it paid to act different. She signed her name underneath the third mission, and set off to find someone she could rope into going with her.
When she turned around, Josephine saw a group of people, and some robot, in a group, and thanks to her good hearing, picked up something about them fighting things in a junkyard. Right on the mark, she thought as she walked towards them.

(I'm copying you. .3.)

~Dear God, where is everyo--~ He spots several students crowded around a bulletin board. The students are bustling and talking about the new missions that they're signing up for. "Ah, so this is where I find the missions. Perfect." He scans over the board for a moment. "Blah, blah blah-- Ooh, a junkyard sounds decent." After signing up, he notices a few of the students talking about the junkyard mission he signed up for. ~Eh, might as well introduce myself.~ An eerie smile flickering across his face, he walks towards the others. "Heya, guys. The name's Knexas, and apparently, we're going to be working together. Granted, I'm not entirely sure that's necessary, but hell, the more the merrier... I guess."
