I tend to get a bit silly when I'm tired, though. And I do a lot of odd stretches.

I found I go silly too. Went to bed at 9 in the morning earlier today forgetting my parents were coming at 11 so I got 2 hours of sleep and then spent the day giggling about nothing

Why would you have to be up all night?

If you're tired, you're more likely to mess up (and drinking caffeine doesn't boost your awareness). It'd be best if you studied and then went to bed right after studying with the material still on your mind. Get a full night of sleep.
