WHY DOES MY BROWSER WINDOW KEEP MINIMIZING AND REFUSING TO OPEN AGAIN? I HAVE TO CLOSE IT AND OPEN A NEW ONE. CAN'T SAVE ANYTHING I WAS TYPING AND IT'S PISSING ME OFF.

I would like you to tell me an answer about the reasoning of why cyborgs can not have emotions as well as the reason i worded the question this way.

What happens to a human with no emotions?

They aren't human.
