This guy is standing in his room. He doesn't have many hair, and it seems that he has trouble sleeping too. He is thin, his left hand seems to be not fully developed, and he doesn't have a right hand. It seems like the weather will be great today. This guy probably won't go out and play, though.

What is this fellow's name?
