Aaaaaaaagh worms in the eye.

I've heard of parasites like that before, but I can't remember what the actual species is.

I have a bad enough time with getting eyelashes sticking in my eyeball. I can only imagine how painful a freaking worm would be.

I'm eating a Toaster Strudel as I look at those pictures. Interesting, but not stomach-turning.

I think I can take just about any freaky picture pretty well

Unless the subject of the freaky picture is staring at me.
