Okay here's how this works-

this is all about OPTIONS. for instance, if you're not that good at drawing, or just don't feel like drawing, you can type it all out, we all know how to read.
EX.
"How dare you!" swordguy replied angrily, pulling out his sword. "Take this!" he shouted, stabbing McVictim in the chest.
________________

You can, however put a picture, preferably small, give a discription of the event, and be done

EX.

Image

"How dare you!" swordguy replied angrily, pulling out his sword. "Take this!" he shouted, stabbing McVictim in the chest.
_______________

OR you could put multiple pictures.

Zang, he was asking how we should do the roleplay.

You can...

Do it like Dungeons and Dragons, where players call out their actions and the Dungeon Master decides the outcome, generally via a random number generator, like dice.

OR

you just let people fool around with each other.

Option 2 is a little harder sometimes, since people generally need consent before stabbing someone in the chest. Therefore, people will just post their actions and the other player will post how their character reacts to it. Option 1 needs a little more planning in-world since you'd need to plan out dungeons and plots and the like.

In a town to the southwest called "Tavernton", Zang walked in and sat down at the bar at the tavern there. The place was generally quiet, except for the bartender and an obvious friend of his talking.

"have you heard?", the friend asked the bartender,"about all those rumors lately?"

"What rumors would that be?" the bartender replied as he finished putting away a freshly cleaned glass.

"You know...." the man said, looking over his shoulder, "about the keys"

"Keys?" the barman said, obviously confused.

"Yea, the Seven Keys to your Heart's Desire. they're said to be spread all over the world, seven of 'em! And whoe'er get's them all gets their heart's desire!" the man finished exitedly.

Zang walked outside the bar, wondering about what he had just heard. if those keys fall into the wrong hands..., he thought to himself, the world could be in some trouble! I'd better find these keys before the wrong person does! But I'm gonna need some help... Zang suddenly turns his head to a crash in a nearby shed and runs over to see some kind of engineer with a shelf fallen on him.

"You okay?" Zang asks, lifting the shelf off of him.

instead of just saying "stabbing in chest" you say "thrust at chest". in which, in response, the opposing character can say "sidesteps the thrust, but suffers severe cut on the chest"

I don't think we have too many godmodders here. we can cross that bridge when we get there i suppose.

but if you want to do something like a fight between two character, yes we could use a dice then, just call it i suppose.

but as for "above 5 i start the fire, below 5 the forest catches". no thank you.

By the way, can we add our own touch to this playing board you've given us? Like, races, stories and the like?

princess brothel that picture is really good; now I'm going to do a RP post oh goodness.

Here is a picture to set the scene (lol) Image

"Charlotte," said George, "Why, why, why did you pick the first place to go to to find the keys to be Sandton?"
"Because, as everyone who's anyone knows that Sandton is famous for it's pyramids - pyramids that hold some very special items, treasure. Where else would the Keys be held?
"I don't know, somewhere colder for more liking," grumbled George. He didn't like the severe heat of Sandton, rather prefering the much more mild weather of Taverton." Mild. The one word could be used to define Tavernton, the people, the place, even the beer was mild (even if he was too young to legally drink the beer he still imagined it to be mild). Anyways, Charlotte was speaking some truth, tales had forever been told of ancient treasures buried in the pyramids, protected by booby traps, soldiers and mummies. Whatever was in their way, they were certain they could get past them. They'd gotten here so far - and nothing would stop them now, not when they needed the keys so desperately.

Over the baked desert, a silhouette appeared out of the blue (bodaciously, from the picture you can see the sky is all blue). Knowing that thanks to their many pillages of past places that held treasure that undoubtedly, sooner or later somebody who had something stolen from them would find them, they readied themselves for attack.

Time to start!

Image

"Oh, man, I'm so bored! Why can't we just get chandeliers, anyways? They're so pretty and all together...

Wonder if I can just bust out of here? I don't wanna light candles all day!"

Image
S: Hey, Tbythlpthgaj!
T: Yes, little demon?
S: I wanna know more about the world! Can you tell me a story?
T: Hmm...

Image
T: Oh, alright then. Out there, in the world, there's seven keys.
S: Keys to what?
T: I was about to tell you. Anyway, there's seven of them. Hidden, y'know? So us baddies can't get 'em.
S: Why not?
T: ...You're stupid. But if you get all seven of them, apparently they'll unlock the desires of your heart.
S: Wow, really?! Do you think there's one here?
T: I think it's a bunch of bullhonkey. But if you decide to go off on some crazy adventure...

Image
T: ...You never talked to me, okay?
S: Wait, where am I supposed to start?
T: You never talked to me! Geez, what do you want with them anyways?
S: I wanna be big, like the Boss!
T: ...

Tbthylpthgaj slunk off to wherever he decided to go. Meanwhile, Saint was trying to formulate a plan for how to go about this with his six year old mind.

He was not very good.

(OOC: Man how do I even do this I forgot how to roleplay)

MEANWHILE, ON THE WAY TO FUTUH:

Image

"I hope I can find all the keys," Trainwreck said to himself. "Then I can get my truest wish."

"If I find them all I will wish for a new thing to transform into. Like a monster truck or a tank. Being a Train is not very fun at all."

Image

"Especially so, since this world has yet to invent train tracks"

This could take a while.
