I need to start using mouthwash, and start brushing my tongue too. I mean, I know brushing your tongue helps getting you a better breath and all, but I still hardly do it. =[

You only need to floss once a month. According to my old dentist if you floss every day you'll end up damaging the gums

Different dentists have different opinions then, I guess. Mine just said that if you flossed every day it would rub up against and cut into the gums inbetween your teeth, which makes more than enough sense for me not to floss every day.

Now I really want to post a picture of me like, in one of the toothbrushing stages but whoops how can I balance like, one hand with toothbrush and the other with camera as it never works so it might or might not happen.
