Just scribble something on msnart and then copy/paste it onto mspaint... The rest takes care of itself...

If worst comes to worst, why not ask someone else if you can piggyback on their piece?

E.g.

Person A can draw
Person B can't draw
Person A and B plan their post together
Person A draws the post
Person B writes the text
