Okay! Back to the adventure!
"Like hell I will!" The pirate exclaimed. She straightened the feather in her hat, then raced off after the clinically insane man. "Mander, wait! I, er, we need your illogical logic!"Takeiuchi wrote:"Insane, me thinks. Probably best to let him go"lyrasen wrote:Captain Lyra stared after him. "I can't decide if he's insane or absolutely brilliant." She crossed her arms. "Now if only he had actually taken the time to tell us where we can find that type of tree. And unless we're in China and I hadn't noticed, it's probably nowhere around here."
The Bouncer chimed in, as inspects the punch-ified hole.

"Oh daisies, you guys are so unorganized. I'll follow just so you guys don't get jullienne'd or whored out or something."Mr. Mander wrote:(Aaah I should be using pictures but I am doing homework right now)
"Need of my illogical logic? That doesn't make sense even to me!"
Mander walked up to Lyra and tossed his shovel into her hands.
"Despite your insanity, Captain, I look forward to serving with you. The fastest way to China with our available resources would be to dig, obviously, so begin digging."
Lyra stared at the shovel in her hands.
"Fine then, Don't dig!" Mander snatched his shovel back. "We can go the boring way and investigate the Chinese Wood Lumberyard I buy my Sand Pear Wood stakes from."
Another mass stare. He pulled a wooden stake out of his coat.
"Sand Pear Stakes are the only effective defense against Jiang Shi Vampires!"

"Hello?" iconsting repeated, "Did I come at a bad time?" He called, a little louder. No reply.
With nothing left to do, he wandered into another room, hoping to find someone.

Well? Is everything in order?
Came the response.Not quite.
If you could have seen through the mask, one would know just how nervous the masked man was about answering that question. What do you mean 'not quite'?
In the dark alleyway, silence reigned. The Bride...Has been-Well...Abducted, I suppose. No one knows of her whereabouts.
Abducted?
Er. Yes, Madame.
Frustrated by the shadowy figure's incompetence in supervising such a simple task, she began to head back to the Reception.Well, find her. You were put in charge of making certain that she arrived here safely with the groom. And you will. I'll be taking care of the rest from there.
The captain pulled her sword out of its sheath and pointed it towards the horizon. "Tally ho, my good men! Mander, lead the way!" Just like old times. Before her crew had decided they could do a better job than her and taken over the Seamiser. All she had now was the dinky little rowboat she'd christened Martyr.Takeiuchi wrote:"Oh daisies, you guys are so unorganized.
