It's funny because it pretty much implies all IRL professional art critics are hacks.

She will never improve as an artist if she refuses to accept critique.

But Val, she only reject critique from people with inferior skills.

Just like I reject her thinking as it is beyond inferior of mine.

And that's what will ultimately hinder her in improving as well as she would when accepting their critique.

Drawing requires sight for details, steady hand and more.

Noticing flaws require sight for details and communication skills in order to express what needs to be improved.
