Meowth is Gijinkatown's jewler. Notably unadorned, save for small spiral stones sewn onto his shoes, many assume that his choiciest jewels wind up upon his wife, Delicatty. Everyone in town but him realizes that his mustache is a horrible abomination.
Raichu works at Magnemite's power plant. He's a bit high-strung, but he's the best worker in the field.
Also Sunkern, I just felt like drawing him.

What bothers me most about that Nidoqueen description is how someone who bodaciously looks for excuses to execute people could be called a kind soul and a good ruler.

I guess I should've worded it a bit better, or just not provided a description at all.
What I meant was, that despite her fears, she's trying to improve her country and the lives of the people in it. Of course looking for excuses to execute people isn't nice, but her personality outside of that is genuinely kind.

It probably just needed to be a bit less... extreme?
I mean, realistically, if she hates men so much that she does whatever to find excuses to kill them, and she only allows woman in her court who, since she decides who's in the court, probably hate men almost as much as she does, then the land should really be a land filled with oppression and fear for anyone male.
I may be over-thinking this, but I over-think a lot of things.
