Ursaring is a deli owner and a good friend of Furret, who frequents his restaurant. A very gruff looking man who looks like he could destroy you with his glare, he's actually very reserved and quiet.
Furret and Gallade plan on sending him Vaporeon's Mayo. If anyone he can use 500 boxes of mayo a week before their expiration date.

When I imagined Empoleon, I thought of Victorian ages outfits so I used that as an inspiration
Steelix was tough though. I decided to make him look kinda like this thuggish brute.
