Just did a really lazy Wooper in MS Paint.

Info: Wooper is considered "out there" by even the best child psychologists. She's incredibly thick-headed, stubborn, and tomboyish. Also, don't mess with her hat. Just... don't do it. Please.

Also her sleeves usually cover up her hands, but since she's doing stuff with them gravity is allowing for them to be seen. :I Maybe I'll draw a better one later.

Technically he is a purpleish black, but whatever.
