For someone starting out in saving for retirement (tfsa or rrsp), what are the pros and cons of choosing a Robo advisor versus financial advisor? Thanks

I'm in the middle part of the age spread of folks in those facilities and have been thinking about the subject. I think almost anything popular about 40[maybe 35]-65 years ago would be appreciated.
