Just open Excel
Type names in
FORMULA:
rand=()
Paste in colum all the way to the side of all the names
SORT -> FILTER -> AUTOFILTER
Sort random numbers by ascending
People do things for the person below them in the list, person at the bottom does the top
For one, because I was bored.
For two, because it's a more efficient algorithm.

It's efficient to program your own randomiser to be used once a year?

Both algorithms run in linear time. Mine just so happens to be able to read and write input from files.
I'd never pass up an opportunity to code something completely useless.

Wait, you seriously started making an MMO without any knowledge of code or anything?

If you HAVE a reference, and I know you in particular do, Deckie I can attach the link of it to the message I'll send to your Santa, yes. However, that seems like I'm pushing them to draw whatever it is I'm giving them a reference of, and they might already have another idea... so it almost seems like I'm stifling creativity or ruining the surprise.
I thought of maybe asking the receiver for a reference, if the santa so desires, but then would that be ruining the surprise too much? They'd know they'd be getting drawn them instead of having no idea, but it doesn't necessarily let them know how they'll be drawn and what the picture will actually be.
Back on that idea, I'd like to get a reference sheet with things one like, as I don't know who I will get, and then it's someone I not know of any preferences or things he/she likes, so I would end up drawing something random, and then I get flamed because it's something they didn't ask/wished for. This would also apply when I don't know anything about the idea list, even with help from Google. I did once a Secret Santa on an art website where that happened, and you can guess the mess which was caused, so I'm a little bit angsty there.

Star, you should ask the person who gets my santa if they want my ref sheet or not
Then if they do, tell me, and I'll send it to you to send to them
