Okay so cross core customization was confirmed some months ago, and would eventually come. It was also stated that non canon cores (Fractured) won't have this treatment (Or at least, in short or long terms)
They affirmed that Coatings and visors would be the first thing 343 would implement between cores, but since they are... Well just coatings and visor, which are just textures, colors and types of materials (the reflection they make with light), here's my question:

Will coatings and visors from Fracture cores get cross core customization? And will I be able to use coatings from Canon cores into fracture cores?
I'm asking here in case a 343 dev could answer me or some of you guys have any information regarding the subject
